The Monadnock Conservancy's 2019 annual report, "Highlights from the Region," was released at the beginning of March 2020. Stories and photos of places protected during the past calendar year showcase properties across the Monadnock region, from Walpole to Peterborough, New Hampshire.
The report focuses on how and why so many communities are positively impacted by land conservation, and celebrates our 30th anniversary by thanking all the people who have contributed over the years.
"Since the our founding in 1989," says Ryan Owens, executive director of the Conservancy, "it has been a focus of our work to support the quality of life for all who live, work, and play in the Monadnock region. We can confidently say that happened in 2019. We look forward to continuing such a role in the next 30 years to come."
The report also includes summaries of recent program accomplishments and a snapshot of the organization's continued good fiscal health.
